Counseling w/Advekit (50 Min)

Service Description

If using Advekit: ****Advekit manages insurance claims.  Advekit pays for your session upfront, processes insurance claims and then you would pay the deductible or co-pay. Please make sure you have reviewed and completed checklist, or future appointments will be canceled until checklist is complete**** Deductible is the full fee of $150 until deductible is met. Required: *All* Teletherapy intake forms must be provided prior to session, or session will be canceled. Accept VeSee chat invite or sign into doxy 5 minutes before intake. During this appointment, I'll answer any questions you might have about the therapeutic process and the intake forms you completed prior to this appointment. If you have any relevant medical documents, please provide it during the appointment (can be done via encrypted email). Please be ready to provide proof of identification prior to your first session

Cancellation Policy

A $150 cancellation fee will be added to your next appointment bill if you do not cancel appointment within 24 hours.
